Mrs Dorah Omoijade Akinyosoye, a passionate advocate for children, is the visionary founder of the Agnes Child Support Foundation. Born in 1969, she is a proud mother of four and a respected community figure known for her dedication to philanthropy and child welfare.

​Her commitment to helping children isn’t just a professional endeavor—it’s a deeply personal one. She has had consistent dreams of helping children throughout her life, a calling she feels was reinforced by her late mother, who was a “mother to every child” in their community. This powerful combination of personal revelation and her mother’s example fueled her passion for helping the less privileged.

​Mrs Dorah began her educational journey at Unedova Primary School and Emaudo Secondary School in Ekpoma, completing her studies in 1988. Driven by a love for language and literature, she earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English Language from Edo State University (now Ambrose Alli University) in 1996. After graduating, she completed her national youth service in Yobe State from 1996 to 1997. She married in 1999 and is blessed with four children.
